Rose oil

Rose oilThe Rose Oil of BulEtera is produced by a process of water – steam distillation, of Rosa Damacsena`s fresh flowers. It ranges in color from various shades of pale yellow to olive yellow, and it congeals to a waxy thickness when cooled below room temperature.

Its complex structure contains 400 microelements all comprised to create unrivaled qualities. The main constituents are citronellol (around 34%), geraniol (around 18%), nerol (around 9%) and phenyl-ethylic alcohol (around 0,5%). The rest of the components are found in very small quantities, yet of no less importance to the final quality of the rose oil.

Due to the specific correlation of its components, the rose oil has a multilateral application. It is used mainly in perfumery, cosmetics, pharmacy and aroma therapy.

Blends: Rose Oil blends beautifully with high-quality Oils of Bergamot, Clary Sage, Geranium, Jasmine Abs., Lavender, Mandarin, Neroli, Patchouli, Roman Chamomile, Sandalwood, and Ylang Ylang.
