We all feel like part of the “company’s family” and share the same responsibilities, personal commitment, attitude and love towards the Nature in the Rose Valley, the roses and the century-old traditions in the process of production of essential oils in Bulgaria.

The Experts

The team of highly qualified experts, along with the modern technologies and equipment, enables the company to guarantee the constant high quality of its essential oils and products that meet all international requirements and standards.

The team consists of technologists and distillation specialists that have over 30 years of experience in the production and quality control of the essential products. Their ongoing training and specialization in Bulgaria and abroad is among the company’s leading priorities. In addition, the management is paying special care and attention to the development of young experts as well.

Field Workers

Since its inception BulEtera is doing its best to provide employment – well-being and support to the families in some of the poorest villages in the Rose Valley and the Balkan Mountain regions. Presently, it secures a livelihood, at least seasonally, to around 200 families who otherwise would be struggling to survive.

The field workers thoroughly select the rose plants, hand-pick the rose blossoms, and participate in the distillation of essential oils. Their precise work is a valuable contribution to the quality of the final products which are exported to the company’s customers worldwide.
